Concludes preliminary research, assumptions, risk factors, sample analysis, etc.

Defining the outline, schedules & deliverables before-hand starting a pre-mature development.

Concludes schedule planning, item-wise specifications, project management plan, check-list, etc.

3. Development: [Production]
Developing within the scopes defined in the earlier phases

Concludes phase-wise development, itterative delivery, feedback incorporation, etc.

4. Deployment: [Post-production 1] Test case implementation and scrutinizing possibilities of further development.

Concludes rough-cut, sample end-audience feedback, alterations, incorporations, etc.

5. Delivery: [Post-production 2]
Final-cut development for final release for the end audience.

Concludes final line-up, high-end drafting, nitty-gritty check and incorporation of the final alterations and feedback.
